Tuition and Affordability
At SCCS, we are committed to partnering with families from a wide range of economic backgrounds. Through our variable tuition program, many families pay less than the full published tuition based on their household income and ability to pay. We strive to keep tuition rates manageable and offer variable tuition for students in kindergarten through eighth grade so that more families can experience an exceptional SCCS education.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
SCCS families have the opportunity to receive financial aid in multiple ways. We offer school-sponsored, need-based variable tuition rates for families who complete an internal financial aid application process. Additionally, SCCS partners with outside organizations like the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation and The Herzog Foundation to participate in the MoScholars program. Because your child is worth investing in, we offer several avenues of financial assistance to help make an SCCS education possible.
Additional Fees
Commitment
$175 per student due upon acceptance and annually during re-enrollment.
FACTS Processing
A $55 or $25 per-family fee is charged by FACTS based on the payment plan chosen for tuition payments.
Supplies & Activity
$100 per student due annually with first scheduled tuition payment. SCCS parents need only procure a water bottle, lunchbox and backpack as school supplies for their child at the start of the year. This fee also covers all enrichment trip fees for the school year and an SCCS t-shirt for each student provided at Welcome Day.
Extended Day Program
The Extended Day Program is a play-based, semi-structured childcare option open to all students enrolled at SCCS. Before-care runs from 7:30 a.m. until 8:20 a.m. After-care runs from 1:15 p.m. dismissal until 3:15 p.m. dismissal. Late-care runs from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Registration is available in the application and enrollment process.
Other Fees
SCCS strives to keep the cost of extracurricular activities at a reasonable and affordable rate for participating students. Fees are published alongside optional registration for these activities. We work with families for whom cost may be a barrier to their child participating in extracurricular activities.
